Turbo Rad is a Toku-high student. His later history connects him with Jenny and Jubilee.

Earlier eras: Who He Is

Turbo Rad is a student at Toku-high — part of the younger generation the school arcs focus on. He's described as "teen Aurelio" in the AlterNet Memory wiki, and later connected to Jenny (partner) and Jubilee (father).

He's a future-prominent character: Rad Enterprises is listed as a pending faction that will be a competitor to Sharp Development.

Earlier eras: The Io Cover-Up

When Io first escaped from her exiled timeline into the current one, Turbo noticed it. Instead of going to Dana Sharp immediately, he tried to handle it himself.

This was a significant mistake. It gave Io a much larger head start than expected — time to befriend Claudia, upgrade her, recruit magical girl marines, and build Io Limited.

Eventually Turbo got smart and went to Dana. By then the situation had developed considerably. Dana had a plan ready (it was Helios's plan), but the delayed response meant the plan had to account for a more developed threat.

Earlier eras: Rescuing Chronos

Part of Turbo's involvement in the Io arc: he rescued Chronos (the La Muerte A.I. in a life-support space suit). Chronos and its wearer had been Traversing constantly, unable to find a "safe" Earth — its Muerte perception kept warning it of universes that would eventually end.

Turbo was able to catch up with Chronos during a brief appearance/disappearance moment and intervene. Chronos became his A.I. assistant and helped him monitor Io (without knowing Helios's full plan for the A.I. Court trap).
