"It's awfully small," the client said. Lional Jutz, the Jedi waved a hand at the client.
"I'd say it's awfully cozy," he said. The client nodded and repeated.
"It's cozy." Lional flipped the catalogue to the next listing. It showed a rundown house. "That's dilapidated," the client complained. Veallis changed the client's mind again with a wave of the hand.
"Rustic." The client nodded and agreed. Lional flipped the page.
"That house is surrounded by imperial droids!"
"Motivated Seller!" Lional flipped the page again to show a beautiful moisture farm.
"That's a beauty!" the client said eagerly. Lional shut the book with a slam and waved his hand.
"Forget about that house. That's the murder house."
