Ingrid Stardust led the Magical Girl’s Help Network, a global organization with more than ten thousand members. She meets Ozone in a protected office and attacks him with a summoned rainbow blade when he confronts her about magic skimmed through membership contracts. Her blade bounces off his neck, and the organization becomes a combat assignment for his students.
After the network’s collapse, Ingrid seeks help to rebuild it and take revenge. In Sunny & Fired Up she tells Marisol Brightwave that twenty girls remain loyal to her and offers what she can give in exchange for stronger magical blessings. Marisol promises to recommend her proposal to the Uni-Court.
Her confidence is matched by impatience and determination after loss. She threatens powerful opponents, misjudges them, and keeps negotiating when direct force fails. Ozone and Marisol each expose a limit to what her rainbow blade can accomplish.
Ingrid is a separate individual from Inga, the alternate self she visits in Witchy Invitation. Ingrid pitches a powerful spell, gains Inga’s agreement and offers her a recruiter role before promising to collect her the next day. That visit does not show the promised pickup or the spell’s result.
